Director of Human Resources - TAFE NSW Riverina Institute

Paul is currently the Director of Human Resources at the TAFE NSW Riverina Institute.  His team of 16 HR staff provide workforce planning, employee services, professional development and OHS support to 1500 employees across 20 geographic locations in southern NSW.

Prior to commencing work at the Riverina Institute in early 2009, Paul was an Assistant Director in the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet in Sydney, responsible for managing the NSW public sector wages policy and workforce reform.
