Team Leader - Murray Now

Nicole Doughty is the team leader for Murray Now, Regional Development Australia Murrays investment attraction body based in Albury.

 As a practitioner for regional development, Nicole works in partnership with business and regional organisations to develop an economic and commercial environment for the Murray region. Nicole heads up the Murray Now Regional Profile an annual investment attraction publication.  Nicole sources and writes business articles in the monthly Murray Now eNewsletter, and works closely with businesses in identifying skill shortages with emphasis in developing green skill initiatives for industry.

One of Nicole ‘s recent successes include the State of the Region Dinner, held in February 2010.  This inaugural black tie event successfully brought together government, business and industry leaders from across Victoria and New South Wales to showcase the Murray region.
